Browser and Display Information
To access Scibal web applications you must use Internet Explorer browser, Version 5 or greater.
The web pages have been designed for 1024 by 768 display screen size. Set your PC's display screen to 1024 by 768 pixels for the best page presentation.
Maximize your browser. There is a lot of information presented and maximizing your browser will allow you to see the full page with a minimum of scrolling.
If you have addtional toolbars in your browser (ie Yahoo, Google, etc) turning them off will free up additional space for the full page presentation.

Pop-up Blocker
Your Pop-Up blocker(s) must be turned off or set to allow Pop-Up windows from our website server "support.scibal.com".
Pop-Up blocker settings can be found in your browser, in toolbars on your PC (ie Google, Yahoo, etc) and many internet security programs (Norton, Symantec, McAffee, etc).
The Pop-Up blockers will prevent our web applications from working on your PC.

Security Information
Your web connection to Scibal's systems, and the information contained within the session is protected with Industry Standard SSL encryption.

After you save files and reports onto your PC, the files and reports on your PC are no longer protected by the security measures in place on Scibal's systems and networks. If you have questions regarding the security of your PC, servers and networks, you should speak with your IT support provider.

The login profile and password issued to you by Scibal Associates is yours alone, and may not be shared with anyone else. The browser will automatically logoff your session after a period of time without any activity. If this occurs, follow the online instructions to login again. Closing all of the open the browser windows after logging off will clear the browser's memory, and assist in keeping your login information private and secure.
